Welcome to Calvary Community's HonorBound Men's Ministry.  Our mission is to challenge men to become the spiritual leaders in their homes, work and churches. To accomplish these goals, men must be engaged in a lifetime of discipleship and training. Promise Keepers report that 80% of men will change major areas of their lives within the context of a relationship. Our mission therefore is to help men build those relationships through instruction and group activities.

Men's Breakfast - On the first Saturday of each month we meet in the Fellowship Hall at 8:00 a.m. for breakfast. A great meal is prepared by our in-house chef.  Believing in being accountable, we also use this time to stay in check with each other through devotion and discussion. This is open to men of all ages.

Promise Keepers - Each year we make plans to attend this exciting event. We take a group of men and travel to a nearby Promise Keepers event and return renewed and revived form the work of the Lord. Look for upcoming notices about this event.

Men's Bible Study - Our goal is to help equip men to know the voice of God. Several studies will be held throughout the year to bring men together where they can grow and learn to live a life designed by God.

Helps Ministry - This is a ministry that allows men to be used in to bless others who need help. We minister to the elderly and single mothers who have needs ranging from house repairs to moving furniture. If you are interested in getting involved with this ministry call the church office.

 

Salvation Army - The 5th Saturday of every month we conduct a worship service at the Salvation Army. This outreach provides the men an opportunity to exercise their ministry gifts through preaching, music, testimonials and prayer at the altar.
